1. DEFINITIONS:
⦁ Contract: The document outlining these conditions and other details about the agreement between you and us. A legally binding contract is formed only upon our receipt and acceptance of your order.
⦁ We, us: Colossal Store, the E-Commerce trading division of Colossal Store LTD, registered in England, number 13827077.
⦁ You: The person, firm, company, or organization purchasing goods from us.
These conditions supersede any terms you may propose, unless agreed otherwise in writing. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The contract is governed by English Law.
2. OUR CHARGES:
a. Payment Terms: Payment is due when placing your order.
b. Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Visa Debit. Securely processed using 128-bit encryption.
c. Tax Charges: Prices include UK 20% VAT. Items shipped to Southern Ireland are subject to IE 23% VAT. Additional charges will be confirmed during checkout.
d. Interest and Other Charges: Overdue amounts will accrue interest at a rate of 4% above our bank’s base rate (NatWest Plc.).
3. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION CHARGES:
⦁ You must pay agreed charges for goods delivery or collection.
⦁ Quoted carriage charges cover loading/unloading time. Additional charges may apply for delays caused by your actions or instructions.
4. RETURNS:
a. Damaged or Faulty: Contact us within 7 days for faulty goods. Damaged goods must be signed for as damaged upon delivery. After 7 days, tools will be repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty.
b. Items No Longer Required/Incorrectly Ordered: Returns are at your cost. Inform us within 7 days, and return goods within 14 days. Restocking charges may apply.
5. MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY:
⦁ Manufacturer’s warranty details are specified by the manufacturer.
6. LIMITS OF OUR LIABILITY:
a. Quoted delivery times are approximate.
b. We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
c. For breakdowns during the warranty period, appropriate action will be advised. d. We are not liable for indirect loss, business or profit loss, or expenses due to goods breakdown.
7. OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY:
a. You become responsible for goods upon delivery.
b. We own goods until full payment is received.
8. SEPARATE TERMS:

10. HANDLING COMPLAINTS:
