Refund and Returns Policy

Colossal Store has a thirty-day cancellation period. The withdrawal period begins on the day after receipt of the product. Would you like to return a purchased item?

This is possible within this thirty-day cancellation period. If you return a purchased item, the return shipping costs will be at your expense, including all shipping and customs costs associated with it. If we receive the complete product undamaged and (if possible) in the original packaging, we will refund the entire purchase amount. Additional costs will be settled with the (credit) invoice.

How does it work?

To avoid high costs, please contact our customer service [email protected] before you return your purchase. As soon as you have contacted our customer service, our staff will provide you with a shipping label and a commercial invoice, which will be sent to you by e-mail along with the return form. The return shipping costs of £25 will be at your expense and will be billed on your credit note invoice.

As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. The refund will be made no later than fourteen days after receipt of the returned product.

Would you like to exchange your order?

If you would like to exchange your order, we will send you the desired exchange item (if available) as soon as the purchased item has been returned. The exchange shipping costs of £25 will be at your expense. These costs will be recalculated and settled with your new order. If this is not possible, we will send you a payment request by e-mail.

Would you like to return a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged item, you can return the item for free. Please contact our customer service first ([email protected] ), so that we can create a return label for you. As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. The refund will be made no later than fourteen days after receipt of the returned product.

Please note: If you send us the damaged product or the product to be exchanged without a return label, we will refund a maximum of € 25 for the return shipping costs.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

Contracts for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
